Data collected

When newsletter subscriptions become available, DELULU plans to collect the first name and email address voluntarily provided. The email address is needed to deliver the selection; the first name allows us to personalise our communications.

The form is not yet connected to Flodesk. At this stage, details entered into it are neither saved nor transmitted.

Purposes and legal basis

Once activated, this data will be used to manage subscriptions, send the DELULU newsletter and handle unsubscribe requests. Processing will be based on the consent given when subscribing.

Service providers and recipients

Data will be accessible only to DELULU and the service providers strictly necessary to operate the service. Flodesk will manage and send the newsletter once the connection is activated. This policy will then be updated with the applicable retention and processing arrangements.

Data retention

Newsletter data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, request restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to bonjour@delulu.paris. Every newsletter will also include an unsubscribe link.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and external links

The website uses only the technical elements necessary for its security and operation. No advertising or audience measurement tool requiring consent is currently installed.
